What payment options are available?

After completing the payment

The order cannot be modified or canceled because the payment has been completed.

How long does it delivery after payment?

An “Order Completed” letter will be sent to you when your order ships.
AI quotations will be shipped within 14 working days after placing the order.
If it is a standard product, it can be shipped within 7 working days. (Delivery time depends on the arrival of parts.)
For customized delivery time, please refer to the quotation.
※The delivery time of the product will vary depending on factors such as the shipping method you choose, the delivery location, and the actual factory delivery time.

If I find that the delivery address is wrong, how do I change it?

How do I return or replace an item?

Regarding disputes about customized products, unless it is JetHarness’s fault, you may not ask JetHarness to handle a return or refund for any reason.
(Including products that do not meet the requirements, defects, damage, or shipped products that do not match the website, personal factors, etc.)
If the specifications after placing the order are different from those recorded in the system data, please take a photo and explain and then send an email to sales@jetharness.com.
After confirmation, we will carry out the replacement as soon as possible. Since the products we provide are all special products according to customer requirements, it will take seven to fourteen working days.
