Product description:

  • Product content descriptions are based on the information provided by JetHarness.
    (Including but not limited to payment, shipping, arrival time and other information)

Shipping method:

  • The ordered products will be shipped directly from the factory to your designated delivery address.

Shipping time:

  • After receiving your order and arranging production, the delivery time of the product will vary depending on factors such as the shipping method you choose, the delivery location, and the actual factory delivery time.

  • AI quotations will be shipped within 14 working days after placing the order.
    If it is a standard product, it can be shipped within 7 working days. (Delivery time depends on the arrival of parts.)

  • For customized delivery time, please refer to the quotation.

Shipping Responsibility:

  • Please arrange the most suitable shipping method for your order. We accept your customized product orders. So we will video recording or take photos before shipment to confirm that the packaging is complete before shipment.

  • During the shipping process, we do not have the opportunity to touch your products or open or inspect the packages. You are solely responsible for any damage or loss of products caused during transportation (including but not limited to international and domestic), and JetHarness does not assume any responsibility.

About fees:

  • The amount you pay for ordering customized products from us includes the production price, various shipping charges in New Taiwan dollars or US dollars, etc. The details and various fee details are subject to what is displayed on the webpage at the time of transaction.

  • If the estimate is customized, the email quotation will be the main one.

About the product:

  • Before shipment of customized products, circuit diagrams and inspections will be compared in detail to confirm continuity and spare parts are intact before being packaged and shipped.

  • You agree and understand our method of testing customized products before shipment. After receiving them, please be sure to check the wiring again to see if it is correct to avoid possible damage to the equipment after use due to errors in drawings or different understandings in communication.

About returns:

  • Regarding disputes about customized products, unless it is JetHarness’s fault, you may not ask JetHarness to handle a return or refund for any reason.
    (Including products that do not meet the requirements, defects, damage, or shipped products that do not match the website, personal factors, etc.)

About refunds:

  • When you use the website’s order service and do not receive a shipping notice or do not receive the products, you should contact us within 15 days after paying the order, and we will assist you in checking the progress of the product order.

  • If you notify us within the time limit and it is confirmed that the factory is unable to fulfill its obligation to deliver the goods, we will refund you the money you paid.

Legal obligations:

  • After customized products are exported from the place of origin, depending on their type, nature or value, you may be required to make customs declarations, fill out import declarations, pay customs duties and other relevant taxes, or go through inspection procedures when they are shipped to the local territory.

  • If you fail to perform relevant legal obligations or procedures in a timely manner, you may not be able to obtain the products and you shall bear the relevant legal liabilities yourself. Any resulting damage, loss or expense shall be borne by you.
