How to provide high-quality and efficient signals in production lines?
Factories usually place signal lines and power lines close together or bundle them together.
Due to the principle of electromagnetism, when the power line transmits electricity, a magnetic field exists around the conductor, which will interfere with the surrounding signal lines through radiation, resulting in incomplete signal reception at the receiving end.
The longer the length of the line, the more obvious the signal impact.
If it is an image transmission line, the signal will have noise. If it is a microphone transmission line, there will be noise or current sound. The method of shielding the interfering magnetic field and adding metal film isolation on the wire will improve the interference in the transmission environment and effectively suppress and prevent interference in signal transmission.
