Customized wires are not standard products and cannot be inspected according to the mechanism of standard products. We will do our best to inspect and test to ensure that the wiring method and wiring diagram are the same as ordered.
After the customer receives the product, you still need to confirm the contacts to avoid missing or adding more welded contacts.
If after receiving the product, the inspection does not match the original wiring diagram, please notify us to take it back for inspection and confirmation.
If the customer doesn′t inspect and confirm the product after receiving it, then applies it to the equipment, resulting in any damage to the machine or equipment, we cannot guarantee all maintenance and compensation liability for the equipment or machine.

Exceeded warranty period: One year from the date of shipment, the product has exceeded the warranty period.
Damage caused by sulfur and coastal environment.
Damage caused by inconsistent voltage specifications.
Improper use, failure to use according to the operating instructions or machine specifications, and self-modification or repair.
During the warranty period, if the product is damaged due to man-made damage (ex. falling, water intrusion, incorrect power connection, incorrect operation, other abnormal use, etc.), pests, pets or natural disasters (ex. lightning strikes, fires, earthquakes, flooding) and oleic acid , salt damage, biogas, waste gas or unknown gas… and other factors.
The use of non-special wires may cause damage due to long-term exposure to sunlight, high temperature environments or various humid environments.
Free warranty service will be lost if the customized wire is broken, soaked in water, damaged by pulling, or otherwise used improperly or if the product is disassembled, repaired, or modified by oneself.
If the customer provides incorrect wiring diagrams or does not comply with the specified connectors, the resulting costs are not within the scope of the guaranteed service. The customer will be asked to pay modification fees, freight and other costs.
The company reserves the right to change, modify, add, delete and interpret the terms and conditions at any time. Any changes or detailed notices will be published on this website without prior notice.

Damage caused by carelessness or customer handling errors (falling, impact, incorrect wiring, etc.).
Under out-of-specification conditions.
Failures caused by natural disasters or force majeure, damage caused by external factors, fire, flood damage, pollution and other troubles.
Caused by accidental use.
Resell products to third parties.

Regarding the storage of the product, do not expose it to direct sunlight, moisture and corrosive gases, and please keep it under appropriate temperature and low humidity conditions.
Storage in an inappropriate location may cause discoloration, rust or corrosion, poor performance or breakdown. Please note that defects, damage, etc. caused by storage conditions are not taken into account.
In addition, transportation equipment such as cars and ships used to transport people, life protection/life support equipment.
Other special applications requiring extremely high quality reliability, aerospace and nuclear equipment, weapons and other military applications.
Failures and damage during use will also be excluded.
Natural disasters, fires, floods, pollution, severe weather, terrorism, quarantine regulations, political regulations, conflicts, riots,strikes, etc.
Damage or destruction caused by natural disasters or external factors, or delays in transportation shall be exempted from liability.

Do not provide services, directly or indirectly, to companies, research institutions, organizations, individuals, etc. that develop, manufacture, use, store and maintain weapons of mass destruction.
All products we sell are subject to all regulations, if you want to export the purchased products, please strictly comply with the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act and all relevant laws, export license, risk and responsibility are borne by the customer.
Please do not provide directly or indirectly if the export destination or end user is Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Afghanistan, Cuba,Syria, Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Lebanon, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Eritrea.

In principle, we cannot accept replaces or returns due to convenience.
In addition, since customized production is a specific commercial transaction, there is no appreciation period.
However, if the item is defective or different from your order, we will accept a replacement or return if you contact us within two weeks of shipment.
Please note that there are hefty cancellation fees for canceling production.
You (the buyer) are responsible for any VAT, duties, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance fees, etc. required for importing into your country.
We will not charge this fee in advance, as the fees vary around the world and we cannot give you an estimate.
As an international consumer, please make sure you don’t incur any fees when clearing your item through customs and be aware of additional charges that may be incurred. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your sole responsibility to confirm your country’s customs, duties and procedures before placing an order.
If customs charges are refused upon delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for the shipping charges.
