How to distinguish between warranty period or after-sales service repair?

  • If the product is in bad condition due to normal use, we provide a one-year free warranty.

  • During the warranty period, the following situations are not covered by the warranty:

    1. The wire does not have an order number or the production serial number does not match the actual product.
    2. Damage caused by the user’s failure to follow the instructions, including damage due to heavy pressure, falling, moisture, water immersion, rain, intrusion of foreign objects, missing components, etc.
    3. During normal use, the wire housing or contactable parts may be scratched or worn.
    4. Using unsuitable devices may cause damage to the product.
    5. Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure.
    6. Not disassembled/repaired by JetHarness authorized personnel, or disassembled, modified, or changed specifications at will.

    None of the above can provide wire warranty coverage.

Can the wire be repaired due to out-of-warranty or human damage?

  • JetHarness cables provide a one-year warranty under normal use. If the warranty expires or is damaged due to man-made or natural disasters, repair services will not be provided.

  • Because after the product is repaired, the repaired parts will age prematurely. To avoid another failure in the near future, it is recommended to update the entire wire assembly.

Can I return or replace my order?

  • Customized products ordered from JetHarness are unique and cannot be exchanged or returned.
    Once you review the order specifications and agree to order and pay, the order cannot be canceled. Violators must pay compensation equal to the price of the goods.

  • If the specifications after placing the order are different from those recorded in the system data, please take a photo and explain and then send an email to sales@jetharness.com.

  • After confirmation, we will carry out the replacement as soon as possible. Since the products we provide are all special products according to customer requirements, it will take seven to fourteen working days.
    (The time will be updated depending on the arrival of the parts)

  • If a new product is faulty and needs to be replaced, you can request it within seven days of receiving the product.
