There are many cables that can be used with connectors. How to choose a suitable cable?

Make a selection based on application requirements.
Common properties include : highly flexible, high temperature resistant, oil resistant, high voltage resistant, and signal transmission.
Choose the appropriate wire material according to your application. If you do not specify a wire when quoting a customized quote, we will give you a quote based on the signal wire, or you may inform us to assist in the selection, and we will inform you of the recommended wire when quoting.

What are the commonly used connector brands in AI quotations?

We have two types of international brand connectors for production and shipment, with high stability and compatibility.
If you have specific connector requirements, you can specify the brand for a customized quote.

Why is there a limited wire length in the AI quotation?

In order to ensure that the produced wire has good isolation effect and transmission capability, it can also avoid power or environmental interference in the customer’s application site.
Even if the wire production quality is good, it may not be as good as expected when used, so only lengths within 10 meters are available.
If you have long wires, please ask for a customized quote.

Does JetHarness provide cable extension services or designs?

Generally, the length of D-sub signal cable will cause signal attenuation due to long-distance transmission.
We recommend that it not exceed 13 meters.
Customized quotations can provide more wire planning, and can be designed and selected according to actual needs.

Is JetHarness developing new product wires?

We provide newly developed wire services and can assist in joint development during the new product stage.

What should I pay attention to ordering customized connectors?

1. When ordering customized Harness, it is recommended to use the following brands of connectors:
3M, Amphenol, Binder, Burkert, Cinch, FCI, Festo, HARTING, Hirose, Hubbell, ITT Cannon, JST, LEMO, Molex, Omega,
Phoenix Contact, Panduit, TE Connectivity, T&B, Wago.
The above set of connectors have a rich and complete set of related inspection and electrical testing fixtures,
which can provide timely shipping inspection to ensure quality.
2. If it is not one of the above styles, you can also send us an email to inquire. We will inform you whether it can be produced when you quote.

In customized wire design, there are many types of terminals can choose.
